  • Maintain a professional attitude, punctuality, and respectful communication
     

We reserves the right to decline any booking for any reason.

Testing Requirements (Mandatory)

For everyone’s safety, we require current STI testing.
 

Required tests must include (at minimum):

  • HIV

  • Syphilis (RPR)

  • Gonorrhea

  • Chlamydia

Testing rules:

  • Tests must be recent (typically within 7–14 days, depending on the shoot)

  • Results must be from a reputable clinic or lab (digital copy or verified portal)

  • You must be willing to test again if requested

Hygiene & Grooming Standards

All performers are expected to show up clean, prepared, and camera-ready:
 

  • Shower day-of plus on-set (required)

  • Fresh grooming (neat and clean)

  • Clean hands/nails

  • No heavy cologne

  • Bring personal items you may need (water, snacks, etc.)
     

If you arrive unprepared, the shoot may be cancelled.

Consent, Boundaries & Professional Conduct

We operate a consent-first set.
 

Before filming, you will:

  • Discuss boundaries and comfort levels

  • Agree on what is and is not included in the scene

  • Confirm safe words/stop cues and how they’ll be used

  • Review expectations for on-camera performance and tone
     

Absolutely not tolerated:

  • Pressure, aggression, or trying to “change the plan” mid-shoot

  • Intoxication, drugs, or unsafe behavior

  • Disrespect toward Dallas, crew, or the location

  • Breaking confidentiality
     

If boundaries are violated, the shoot stops immediately.

Protection & Safety Practices

We prioritize safe production and will set expectations in advance regarding:

  • Barrier use (when applicable)

  • Clean set practices

  • Sanitized surfaces and supplies

  • Aftercare and professional wrap procedures
     

Every shoot is planned ahead of time so there are no surprises.

What Shoots Look Like (How It Works)

A typical shoot includes:

  1. Pre-booking screening (ID, testing, references, and basic info)

  2. Scene planning (concept, wardrobe, location, boundaries)

  3. Call time & briefing (review plan and consent)

  4. Filming

  5. Wrap & release signing

  6. Content delivery schedule
     

Depending on the concept, Dallas may shoot:

  • Solo + co-performer scenes

  • Couples/hotwife lifestyle scenes (when applicable)

  • BTS clips and photos for VIP platforms
     

Dallas may also create short promo clips for marketing.

References & Verification (Required)

To apply, you must provide at least one:

  • Performer reference

  • Producer/studio reference

  • Link to prior professional work

  • Verified social profiles or creator platforms
     

If you are new to adult content creation, we may request a quick video call and additional verification.

Location, Travel & Logistics

Shoots may occur in:

  • Professional studios

  • Rentals (Airbnb/Hotel/Parking lots/Outdoors)

  • Private controlled locations
     

Travel requirements (if needed) are discussed upfront.
Dallas will confirm:

  • Date + time + location + duration

  • Wardrobe expectations

  • What you need to bring

  • Parking and arrival instructions
     

You must arrive on time. Late arrivals may cancel the shoot.

Payment

  • We do not provide financial compensation to our male pay co-performers.

  • We do provide access to our content as payment.

  • This structure is agreed in writing before the shoot.

  • No one is booked without clear agreement on compensation.

Content Ownership & Rights

This is critical: Content ownership is defined by contract.
 

In most collaborations:

  • DaddysCowgirl (the production entity) retains full rights to the footage

  • Content may be used on our network of sites and promotional platforms

  • Co-performers may receive approved usage rights (when agreed in advance)

  • Raw footage is never shared
     

All usage terms will be written in the agreement, including:

  • Where content can be published

  • How it can be marketed

  • Whether a co-performer can post clips or previews

  • Whether the content is exclusive or non-exclusive
     

If you publish or leak content without permission, legal action will be taken.

Confidentiality & Discretion

At DaddysCowgirl we expect professionalism and discretion:

  • Do not share private details, shoot locations, or personal info

  • Do not post behind-the-scenes content without explicit approval

  • No unauthorized recording on set
     

Breaking confidentiality may result in immediate removal from set and all from future bookings.

Releases & Documentation (Mandatory)

You will sign the required paperwork, which may include:

  • Standard performer release

  • 2257 compliance documents (age verification recordkeeping)

  • Location release (if applicable)

  • NDA/confidentiality agreement (if applicable)
     

No release = no filming.
