DaddysCowgirl Network Access
For purposes of these Terms, the “DaddysCowgirl Network” refers collectively to DaddysCowgirlTV.com, DaddysCowgirl.com, and any other websites, digital properties, membership areas, or services that are owned, operated, or expressly identified as participating properties of the DaddysCowgirl Network (collectively, the “Network”).
These Terms apply to your access to and use of the Network where these Terms are displayed, linked, incorporated by reference, or otherwise expressly made applicable. Certain Network properties, products, memberships, promotions, or services may be subject to additional terms, pricing, restrictions, or eligibility requirements. If additional terms apply to a particular purchase or service, those terms form part of your agreement with us.
Lifetime Video Access — $299.99
The $299.99 Lifetime Video Access option on DADDYSCOWGIRL.COM is a one-time purchase providing the purchasing account with access to the video library, membership areas, or other Network content specifically designated as included with Lifetime Video Access.
For purposes of this offer, “Lifetime” means the lifetime of the applicable DaddysCowgirl Network video-access service—not the biological lifetime of the purchaser. Access continues for as long as the applicable service remains operated and made available by the DaddysCowgirl Network, subject to these Terms.
Lifetime Video Access does not constitute a promise that DaddysCowgirlTV.com, DaddysCowgirl.com, any other Network property, or any particular video, performer, series, category, feature, website, technology, or service will remain available indefinitely. The Network and its content may evolve over time. We may add, remove, replace, reorganize, migrate, update, or discontinue individual content, features, platforms, or Network properties.
What Lifetime Access Includes
Lifetime Video Access includes only those video libraries, membership areas, websites, or services that are expressly identified as included in the Lifetime Video Access offer for DADDYSCOWGIRL.COM at the time of purchase or subsequently added to the membership by the DaddysCowgirl Network.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Lifetime Video Access does not include custom videos, personalized content, tips, pay-per-view or individually priced content, merchandise, live events or appearances, third-party services, separately priced premium experiences, or new products, memberships, websites, or services introduced in the future.
The creation of a new DaddysCowgirl Network property or service does not automatically make that property or service part of an existing Lifetime Video Access purchase.
One-Time Payment
The advertised $299.99 price is a one-time payment and is not a recurring subscription fee. No recurring membership charge will be assessed for the Lifetime Video Access purchased under this offer unless the customer separately purchases or affirmatively enrolls in another paid product or service.
Lifetime Video Access has no cash value after purchase and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, sublicensed, or shared with another person except where required by applicable law.
Account & Acceptable Use
Lifetime Video Access is licensed solely to the account and individual that originally purchased it. Account credentials may not be shared, sold, rented, or otherwise provided to unauthorized persons.
Purchasing Lifetime Video Access does not waive any other provision of these Terms. We may suspend or terminate access when permitted by applicable law for fraud, fraudulent or abusive chargebacks, unauthorized account sharing, piracy, scraping, recording or redistribution of protected content, attempts to circumvent security measures, unlawful activity, or other material violations of these Terms.
Termination for a violation of these Terms does not convert Lifetime Video Access into an unconditional right to continued access.
Network Changes, Migration & Discontinuation
The DaddysCowgirl Network may change the domain, hosting provider, membership platform, delivery technology, branding, organization, or location through which included content is provided. When reasonably practicable, Lifetime Video Access may be migrated to a replacement Network platform offering substantially similar access.
However, the purchase of Lifetime Video Access does not guarantee perpetual operation of the DaddysCowgirl Network or any individual website or service. If the applicable Lifetime Video Access service permanently ceases operation, the Lifetime Video Access period ends with the lifetime of that service, subject to any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
No Guarantee of Specific Content
Lifetime Video Access provides access to the applicable service rather than ownership of the videos or other content available through that service.
No particular video, performer, scene, series, production, quantity of content, release schedule, feature, or category is guaranteed to remain available. Content may be removed or modified for licensing, performer-consent, legal, compliance, technical, business, or other operational reasons.
All videos, images, branding, and other materials made available through the Network remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Purchasing Lifetime Video Access does not transfer ownership or grant permission to reproduce, download except where expressly permitted, publicly display, redistribute, resell, publish, or commercially exploit Network content.
Relationship to the DaddysCowgirl Network
A Lifetime Video Access purchase may provide access across multiple DaddysCowgirl Network properties only where those properties are expressly identified as participating in the Lifetime Video Access program.
References in advertising or these Terms to the “DaddysCowgirl Network” should not be interpreted as granting automatic access to every current or future website, product, service, or commercial offering associated with the DaddysCowgirl name.
By purchasing Lifetime Video Access, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted these Terms and understand the meaning and limitations of the term “Lifetime” as described above.
